Advice and support

As experienced specialists, we are happy to share technical knowledge with our clients. We want them to feel that in any situation related to the purchase, operation or failure of the machine, they can count on us. We provide, among others:

• technical advice during the purchase process, analysing the customer's needs and selecting the parameters of the machine to the individual needs;
• free telephone advice, which we provide during the removal of alarms and minor breakdowns;
• personal support in the dismantling of the machine and the organization of its transport in Poland and Europe.
